This book is full of patterns and taeching material. I highlt recommend this book to an Early Childhood Teacher.I have the whole collection.

Great Beginning Math Blacklines Without all the Clutter

This is simply the best resource I've found for teaching my preschooler his numbers. The pages in other workbooks seem to be too cluttered once you get past the number 3. Your preschooler will move through 9 simple pages on each number before moving to the next. Due to lots of cutting and pasting, your child or student will love it! The book teaches how to write both the number and the number word. Several pages are devoted to the concept of the value of the number. The authors also include addition readiness by having the student draw "one more" of the number he has just finished, and then count them. One final benefit: in addition to learning his numbers, my son has learned to draw many more objects and his "doodling" has become much more creative and complex.
