Pastor McNell is known for his practical, Spirit-led preaching that combines biblical depth with everyday application. He has a heart for mentoring young ministers, strengthening church leadership, and encouraging believers to live faithfully in a world filled with challenges. His ministry extends beyond the pulpit through teaching, counseling, and community outreach. As an author, Pastor McNell has written books and devotionals designed to uplift, inspire, and equip God's people. His writings, much like his preaching, emphasize hope, perseverance, and trust in God's promises. Above all, he is a servant of Christ who believes that the Christian life is a journey - moving from imperfection to the perfection God has promised in Christ. His life scripture is Philippians 3:13-14: "Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."
