It's amazing the comfort we found on our skin with just our skin but not within. What is the true meaning of being NUDE? I use to think it was all about taking my clothes off walking around proud of my physical. I had no idea I was still hiding. I wasn't NUDE. The day I could be emotionally raw with myself and communicate it was the day I truly began to undress me. I learned how to express my emotions, my stories and my journey. I became NUDE.
