Inspired by real life slices of life, the front of each postcard in the books sports an imaginary children's book illustration and title with an accompanying editorial comment on the backside, such as the illustrated cover title, "Punch the Bunny" with the editorial comment, "A Touch and Feel Book for the real world."

But you will never need to hide this book from your grandmother. In fact, anecdotal evidence suggests that grandmothers are just as receptive to the content as any other demographic, including moms a good deal younger, realists, such as plumbers, and mature intellectual types, disillusioned by their "real" world experiences.
