A Lovely Treasure

If you are interested in what house and home mean to people, you'll love this little collection. Some of the essays are hilarious (buying a house because you think you'll become someone else) and others are poignant - I especially related to one essay about having to sort through the detritus of what gets left behind when a mother dies. I loved this book; it would make an excellent gift.
