The book "NOT ONLY FOR SALESPEOPLE" contains more than 400 pages of information on sales in 17 chapters, more than 70 illustrations and figures, dozens of sample sentences to be used during sales, dozens of sales techniques and closing techniques, 8 appendixes with useful data on sales, sales processes, sales management, body language, handling objections, time management and much more. Dozens if not hundreds of books have been written on the subject of sales, in different languages. Yet, I have not found a complete and comprehensive book, where all aspects of sales, are found. When I say all aspects, I mean not only the sales process itself, but everything "around" this issue. This is my first goal in this book. As someone who has been involved in sales on four continents around the globe, I have found that despite the commonality of the sales process everywhere, there are still differences stemming from culture, mentality and education, which of course are related to place. My second goal is to give a comprehensive guide that includes everything that a salesperson or sales manager or business owner, or just anyone who is interested, will need, in this field. Therefore, these are the four audiences for whom, this book is intended: salespeople, sales managers, business owners and just lovers of knowledge.
