Not Just Any Woman

What should a woman have done, when she had to make a choice of losing her sanity and her children, or losing the man who echoed disgrace on herself? She chose the former and articulated her broken soul into letters for her daughter; the letters evolved into a flow of poems and revealed her strength. Many told her that it was impossible, but she was indifferent to the voices around her. She only listened to her heart, and kept moving ahead.

This latest collection of poems, comes with a promise that No Woman is weak. She'll always find a way. Maya Angelou, a famous poet and civil rights activist, quotes the strength and resilience of women in her writing by saying "A wise woman wishes to be no one's enemy; a wise woman refuses to be anyone's victim." and one of her poems also describes "a woman's moral values".
