Triple-O Five and his bride are pulled back into action sooner than planned, when a mad Viking wannabe hires ethically challenged bioweapons experts and a Russian missile scientist who has gone rogue, in a bid to take over as much of the world as possible. It doesn't make it easier when one of the scientists is Durand's beloved uncle. That the old man is more naive than evil is rather beside the point, since the men he's serving intend to use his genius for wicked gain, and don't much care how many corpses they leave strewn in their path. It also doesn't help that much of the investigation must take place in the USA, whether the feds like it or not. Which they don't.
