For years Sonia ignored the signs in her body telling her to slow down and listen until a terminal illness led her on a challenging journey towards deep awakening, trust and spiritual healing. She began a book to share her incredible discoveries with others but died before it was completed. As her friend, I was offered the privilege of completing this book, her dream.
