Mark McCumber, renowned big game hunter gets the scare of his life when he shoots a rare white buffalo and then witnesses a demonic being emerging from the dead carcass. The experience prompts the hunter to give up his trade and take refuge in a monastery and become a priest to learn how he can combat this evil demon known as Nosslived (Devil's Son).
Ten years after the incident, Father Mark McCumber begins to be plagued by nightmares and unexplained events that seem to be forcing themselves into his life.
After having a nervous breakdown, Father Mark gets the aid of his childhood friend, Father Michael and together they find out that the former hunter is not the only one to be familiar with the demon, having discovered that another priest had a confrontation with Nosslived twenty years before!
Suddenly, a disappointment at the asylum leads to a decidedly un-priest like acquisition of information, and all leads point to the trail of a mysterious old Father Ethan deep in the wild caves of Wyoming.
