Between 2014 and 2023 I ate in all nations around the world and through the Everyfood collection I intend to narrate this unique and intense experience.

More people have been in space or on top of Everest than those who visited all 193 nations around the world and surely no food critic can boast having personally tested so many food varieties over just one decade.

Eating is a crucial part of traveling; dishes, flavors and colors are the key to understanding others, to penetrate the life of others, to compare, to acquire the continued pleasure of variety. We become friends in the kitchen where we exchange opinions. Actually, we discover we are friends when we first sit at the table of local people, then magically are no longer strangers.

Thousands of kilometers from home, we manage to dismantle and rebuild our own convictions, even in the culinary world, and once back a better version of ourselves blossoms. Variety allows us to appreciate our own food even more and to bring keepsakes of others along with us.
