Nordic Walking is for EVERYONE!

Great book! I just "discovered" Nordic Walking! This book makes the sport easy and fun for those wanting to get involved. I bought poles for my family, and even my eight year old son is having fun. Nordic walking exercises so much more of the body than simple walking or light jogging. Highly recommend!
