Nora's New Christmas

Nora desperately wanted to tell her disagreeable and overbearing coworker to go scrooge himself. But it was close to Christmas and she wanted to take the professional high road for as long as she could. However the end of that road was coming up quick, very quick. Nora Flynn is a fifty-two year old human resources manager at a large national office supply company. She had lost her husband Bobby to a heart defect five years ago. Her married daughter Amanda had moved to California the previous June because her husband had started a new job. Nora was determined to not indulge in self pity. Nora wasn't shy in expressing her dismay for people who whine and complain. She decided to make changes this Christmas. The first real changes since she lost Bobby. This Christmas would be new. This Christmas would be Nora's new Christmas. However, she never anticipated the impossible events that were headed her way for this Christmas season, making this Christmas more new than she could have ever have dreamed. ~ Merry Christmas to anyone who is reading this.
