Quick, creative, and good

This might be my favorite cookbook. There are other books on my shelves that are more elegant, but, let's face it, I only break them out when family or friends visit. On a daily basis, I need something that I can bring to the table fast.I have tried well over a dozen recipes from this book, and every single one has worked. Some of them have become staples for my family. As an amateur foodie, I like this book because the author is so creative with her pasta ideas: most of them are recipes I have not seen the likes of anywhere else. It also allows me to share my love of noodles with my wife, who has an unfortunate aversion to marinara sauce and parmesan cheese. Oh, yeah, and all the recipes are vegetarian, which is also a major plus in our house.If you like creative dishes, and you like pasta, buy this book. You will be a happier person for it.
