Kathleen Ertel Zogby of New Hartford has just published a new book of stories aimed at a children's audience. The new book, Nonnie's Lessons of Love, Hope and Nature, is on sale at http://johnzogbystrategies.com/books/ and on Amazon. A native of Cooperstown who moved to Clinton, N.Y. when she was twelve and graduated from Clinton schools. Ms. Zogby credits her childhood experiences as the inspiration for her love of and lessons about the mountains, lakes, and animals of her youth. "The book comes from a grandmother but it is for everyone who enjoys nature, wants a clean and healthy future, and has a strong desire to teach little children about being at one with the Earth", Zogby said. Kathleen teamed up with illustrator Leah McDonald, also from the Cooperstown area. Having come full circle, the result is a rich body of work inspired by the beautiful surroundings of their upbringing.
