Scott Stanley, Jr. revealed: "The results are that the Kissinger SALT agreements have formally granted the Soviets a percent superiority in land-based missiles; 34 percent superiority in sea-based missiles; 50 percent superiority in numbers of Soviet missile submarines; a four-to-one advantage in missile payloads; and, a three-to-one advantage in total number of missiles deployed. "In no area covered by the agreement is the United States permitted to so much as maintain parity with the USSR" J. Kesner Kahn made this charge: "'Kissingerism' is simply what does not conflict with Communist interests, which gives him the power of one serving the Communists while negotiating what U.S. policy will be!"
