Units with non-standard boats shall ensure this Manual is available for all members associated with non-standard boat operations. Group offices should use this reference when planning and conducting ready for operation (RFO) visits. This Manual provides general information and does not supersede the recommendations and procedures as documented in the appropriate owner's manuals or manufacturer's technical publications for specific boats.
