We who make tyrants, we make them by the power of fear that dwells in our hearts, and the doubts that occupy our minds, and the meekness that sucks our conscience, and the laziness that paralyzes our limbs.
A tyrant is not born out of nowhere, but born from the womb of ignorance, poverty, and illiteracy, in the laws of development wealth begets Prosperity, illiteracy begets backwardness and tyranny is nothing but a form of reproduction of illiteracy in the tyrannical ruling political system.
Perpetuates underdevelopment in turn and makes it more firmly established by the power of tyranny, while using its absolute control to annihilate the talents of liberation, the possibilities of advancement in his people, in order to ensure the continuation of his rule.
