假如给我三天光明:英汉对照three days to see: A Chinese English Translati [Chinese]

"If You Give Me Three Days of Light ""is Helen Keller's autobiographical work. This book is divided into two parts. The first part mainly describes Helen's life after she became blind, deaf, and mute. At the beginning, Helen's emotions were very irritable, often throwing tantrums. She couldn't feel the love in real life, and her heart was filled with a desire for light. It was not until the arrival of Teacher Anne Sullivan that Helen's hope for life was ignited. Over time, accompanied by her teachers and family, Helen learned to read and write, and gained knowledge and experience of many different things. With Helen's strong will, she has overcome various difficulties, from being admitted to university to entering society. The hardships and efforts along the way are enough to move us. The second part is Helen's representative prose work ""If You Give Me Three Days of Light"", which is the most exciting and influential chapter in this book. In her prose, Helen imagines what she would do if she had three days of light: on the first day, she would see her teachers and friends, carefully examine their faces, and deeply imprint their appearance on her heart. The next day, she will visit museums, theaters, or cinemas to learn about the true face of humanity and nature. On the third day, she will spend an ordinary day in the real world among people engaged in daily life. The three-day activity was both fulfilling and brief. From the perspective of a frail and resilient woman, Helen warned us, who are physically sound, to cherish life, cherish time, love life, and care for others.
