A good book on spiritual warfare and Christian healing

Gordon Dalbey has written an excellent book on the value and dangers of spiritual warfare. He is a minister who has been in the field of healing, prayer warfare, and counseling. This book is based on his experiences in the Peace Corps, in Southern California, and other places where he used healing prayer. He has fought many spiritual warfare battles with the enemy and suggests there are no small snakes and no spirits of the enemy we should overlook, lest we suffer the consequences. The book is very easy to read and very entertaining. I highly recommend this book and all of his others which I have also read. He is a man's author for men, but all will enjoy this book.

Fantastic book

Every once in awhile I come across a book that gives me a bunch of a-ha moments. This is one of them. You know you're reading a great book when you're thinking to yourself who else you want to read this book. I love the authors linking the Old Testament with Jesus.

spiritual warfare isn't for sissies

This book arrived in a timely manner, in good condition and I can barely wait to increase my understanding of spiritual warfare.

Thought-provoking and inspirational

I've enjoyed previous books by Dalbey, and found this one to be equally challenging and interesting. It is written a bit like a biography, explaining how God gradually led Dalbey to discover the reality of angels and demons, and how to deal with them in everyday life. So the personal story is interesting, but so are the stories of the spiritual encounters. If you are someone who believes that angels and demons exist, then there are lots of practical insights and ideas to think about in this book. If you are skeptical, then read the book and see what you think!
