I know the author of this book, I met her when I was living in California. This is a book of positive thinking and the concept of working from the end result. It teaches that the thoughts you have create the situation you are in, so each day, at the very end of the day before you lay down to sleep, you should turn your day into the day you would have loved to have instead of the day you experienced. The process will definitely change the following day for you, you will wake with the rememberance of the day you created rather than stressing in the past day you had. It's a great book and I have used it for years. I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to change their day, their luck and in fact their entire life.
