Cute Story for Beginner Readers

This is a cute, relatable story about a puppy trying to delay bedtime with requests for water, a story, etc. My daughter finds it very funny when he asks for things like a toy car, and his mom says no. I love that this book includes a few words with the tricky -ight spelling pattern (e.g., light, night, tight). Kids will learn to read these words very quickly due to repetition in the story.
