This is the account of one man's adventure from childhood to middle age. He hasn't always been the best person he could, but he has never been 'so' bad. His opinions attract controversy, but he is not vying for converts. There is no covert message contained in these pages and it is not intended to give a warning to others. The story unfolds much as it happened and if adventure puts the spice in life then Bryan's life has been infused with ample seasoning. From his humble beginnings in an English suburban terrace, through children's homes and prison cells, he crashed forward; through the exotic sandy beaches of Florida - and a prison without bars, then a jump, to a journey across Europe, to Rome and the Vatican City - for an audience with his Eminence, Bryan always followed his heart without regard for where it led. He has shown little consideration for outsiders and taken some wrong turns, but has paid for his indiscretions. He offers few apologies and regrets little of what he's done. His life is exciting, outrageous and humourous, yet washed with a smattering of tears. You are invited to follow his tale as he rips at the fabric of his life in search of some true meaning; but you are encouraged to draw your own conclusions. It is hoped you will laugh with him when it's humourous, be shocked by him when it's outrageous, and feel his pain when he cries out in agony. The real intention is to give you as much enjoyment from the reading of the story as he got from the living his life. If there is a message contained in these pages it can only be that medical science does not have a pill to treat each of life's ailments.
