Excellent Personal Finance guide

I found this publication to be an excellent approach for managing personal finance. From the author's explanation of his own personal financial successes(and failures), to his insight on the approach that others can take. The reading is quite easy, and the concepts are rational, withough being overbearing. I would recommend this for anyone trying to make sense of their own personal financial situation.
