Anesthetic consideration of NMADA receptors antagonists: 1- Local anesthetics, bupivacine, ropivacaine. 2- Ketamine, s ketamine. 3- Magnesium. 4- Tramadol with special concern with tramadol addiction. 5- Nitrous oxide anesthesia. 6- Xenon anesthesia. 7- Synergetic effect between local anesthetics and s ketamine leads to decrease dose of local anesthetics. 8- Increase analgesia in regional block, brachial nerve blockade, and phantom limbs . 9- Decrease dose of narcotics as morphine in prolonged infusion in cancer patients. 10- Potentiating by using combination of NMADA receptors decreases risk of addiction.
