Nigeria and India Law and Policy issue in Forest Conservation and Management for Sustainable Development started with a vision to search for law and policy in Nigeria that when compared with India, will control and eliminate deforestation. We are aware that without Law and Policy that restrict unnecessary felling of trees in Nigeria and India, people will fell trees indiscriminately; hereby leading to loss and extinction of habitats, ecosystem, biodiversity, Environmental degradation, Environmental decline and may even lead to climate change.
