Nicole and the Void

Nicole's life with school age children is a whirlwind of family drama, political chaos, and intergalactic adventures. It all starts with her kids refusing to go to school, which turns into a big scene with the school staff and a documentary crew.
Then there's her closest friend Emma, who ends up becoming the President of the United States after a wild inauguration that includes a riot and a bomb explosion. It's a mess, but Emma finds she has no choice but to step up to the plate.
Nicole takes some students and teachers on a tour of Somalia, showing off the country's cool tech and cooperative farming. The lesson for the students is constant innovation and teamwork.
In the Galaxy of Fire, Nicole gets Vitsent Sarv his job back and deals with some serious family drama involving Peithō and Christine and the death of Taykor Sarv. Nicole notices mysterious space rips in space and there is speculation about whether they might be the the beginning of the great catastrophe referred to in the ancient journals.
The AI algorithm crisis is a big deal with revelations of how Justine lost the unlosable election, how the software escaped the Blackhall Capital's Disputation Analysis Division, with Nicole tackling the ethical and security issues head-on.
Despite all the chaos, Nicole's family finds time for outings, meals, and cultural experiences. There are plenty of laughs and tender moments that keep them close.
The AI algorithm wants a human body and Nicole agrees to help with certain conditions in place. A powerful cyborg named Aime is born as a result. Nicole also has a baby boy she names Stephen.
Nicole explores the void and some of the millions of ships which end up inside it. A confrontation with NOX his brother and usurper ZEX and the God Ares leaves her injured once again and with concerns over a new weapon that ZEX has been developing to finally put an end to the war with his brother NOX.
