The book was very structured in presenting the NGN platform from the following perspectives: 1. Easy language 2. Light chapters, wealth of information 3. Business requirements fully covered with ROI virtual models 4. Financial investments and initial deployment not covered (****) 5. Well referenced according to ITU-T, EITS, etc.. 5. NGN framework explained in full 6. Technical explanation and description covered but not with full details (****) 7. Vendors, and operational implementations with T1 or T2 Telco operators not covered (****) I strongly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn about the NGN technology and want to benefits from its features and future enrollments in business. very good/excellent book
