Cal Peckory has always lived in Perry-Berry Lane, New York City - a peculiar street on a hill that rises to the sky. He's spent most of his days feeling lonely and like he doesn't fit in. One night he makes a wish to the stars at the same time as a lost puppy in Downtown Manhattan, and marvelous things start to happen. A whirlwind of change, miracles and goof enter the mundane reality. Whilst an unfamiliar friendship develops between Cal and the Rottweiler, they are tested beyond measures. With a journey including Rats, finding the right appropriate snacks for the treasure chest, and exploring what the Upper East Side has to offer, the two are faced with fighting unforeseen evil and dangers to maintain their friendship.
