After Julia Winfrey wins the big lottery, she spends the rest of her life trying to make the world an equal and peaceful place for everyone.
It starts off with her winning the United States Presidential election. From there, with the help of a few close friends, she soon takes over control of the world. Julia's plans don't stop there though. She knows that for everyone around the world to be equal, man woman or child, there has to be a change in the way that people think.
