The purpose of this paper is to provide students an opportunity to picture conditions likely to prevail in an atomic war of the future and to apply their original thought to the solution of problems to be encountered, to inform the students of developmental work on new doctrine and organization being accomplished by the college and other agencies, and to obtain participation by the students and the faculty in the college combat developments program by means of their critical comment and presentation of original ideas.
