New Frontiers in PHC Innovation and Reorganization

According to our criteria, PHC should not limit comprehensive specialized care, since it is the access to the system and in many cases the only gateway to the system for vulnerable populations. For this reason, we have summoned experts from the health team, since it would allow a multidisciplinary PHC, working in a network with other levels and making it equitable, accessible, resolutive and if possible also preventive and curative, with promotion activities (information, education, health training (IECS), prevention, care and rehabilitation). In short, a problem-solving system and not just a gateway.
