The world around us moves constantly, as if it never pauses to take a breath. We, too, run-through cities, through obligations, through our own thoughts-often without knowing where to or why. Every day, we are surrounded by noise, overwhelming pace, the expectations of others, and our own. In this constant motion, it is easy to lose ourselves. It is easy to forget that the body and mind are not merely tools for survival but spaces where life can be experienced in its full depth.
Pause for a moment. Close your eyes. Feel your breath. Wait until you sense your body-the weight of your legs, arms, the presence of your heart in your chest. Do you feel that calm beneath the daily rush? That is the silence that is always available if you allow yourself to notice it. Nothing needs to be changed, corrected, or proven. Presence is enough.
In life, we often flee from what is uncomfortable. We run from silence, from cold, from solitude, from our own thoughts. Sometimes we fear feeling our bodies in their full sensitivity. Yet, it is precisely in moments that feel uncomfortable that true self-knowledge is born. When you face what you normally avoid, a space opens where you can sense who you truly are. There is no single path, no template, no externally imposed answer. Every breath, every moment of silence, every thought that comes is your own path. Observe them. Notice them. Do not judge. Do not rush. Just be. Presence is the beginning of everything that truly matters.
My book will teach you a lot about being presence. Welcome.
