Having authored numerous technical papers and textbooks within my field of study, creating Neural Stickman was an entirely novel experience for me. That's why for a Non-Cartoonist, like me, it came to my surprise that a few strokes could express a multitude of human emotions and expressions. With just a few strokes I was able convey some of my thoughts: deeply, satirically, compassionately . I believe that one of the most important aspects in life is to actually Experience Life. And I believe this is the most effective way to Learn. The feelings, the emotions, and the awareness that we acquire through living and experiencing life offers a deeper level of not only knowledge but the ability to abstract knowledge. These are things that simply cannot be substituted by learning from someone else! All the great philosophers in the past were humans enduring and toiling through life as we do today. If we live long enough to experience the joys and sorrow that life has to offer we may eventually stumble upon and rediscover over and over what those before us did. The result may be a meaningful life that gives us a bit of wisdom to cherish our existence while at the same time be deviled by the life we have created. Que sera sera!
