I thought I had slowed down a bit. In between my last book and when I better start thinking about the next book. I put the new stuff I had written, you might say in a holding area, like sheep in a pen. I could not belief there were over 30 new ones. Where did they come from? Did I write them? I don't always know where they come from. But who cares, it's all good, I think. I suppose deep down it's what happing now and how I feel at the time. The booze always is an influence; I might hear something or talk with someone, and it gives that little spark that sets me off. I believe my style is changing, but I still try and think in terms of songs when I write. It's so nice to have been part of the Desert Life's debut album, most of my poems have been the inspiration for Chris's fabulous songs. This is a bumper issue double my usual 100 entries.
