A New and Healthy Way to learn your ABC's

What a beautifully done book. Finally a book for children that provides a healthy twist to learning ABC's. The phrases are clever and catchy and easy for children to remember. The pictures are bright and crisp and so very creative! A nice alternative to the boring A is for Apple!!! Well done!!

Good ABC book for teaching letters and health

Kids can join Nerdel in learning their ABC's as well as making good nutritional choices in this colorful and cute book. Each A, B, C illustrates a healthy food such as: "D is for Dairy. That's milk, yogurt, and cheese. It builds strong bones with the greatest of ease." The accompanying pictures contain lots of colors, foods to discuss, and of course the cute illustrations of Nerdel and his friends. We have two picky toddler eaters and this has been a great discussion book about letters and the foods that start with them. And from there we have discussed how healthy foods and good eating habits will make you strong and healthy like Nerdel!
