In the year 2093, Neo-Tokyo stands as a gleaming citadel of control-its citizens bound to a vast neural network ruled by Izanami Systems. Across the rain-drenched skyline, Zara Vance, a 15-year-old programming prodigy raised by Izanami, begins to question the morality of the code she writes.
