This book is about a notorious gang banger from California who migrated to the East Coast to the Big Apple. He wanted to give himself a fresh start on life and plant some roots. Razor fell in love with Jennifer, who had a son he ended up raising and teaching everything he knew. Razor caught a federal stint that would take him off the streets for the rest of his life. When he arrived at USP Big Sandy, he reconnected with his long-term friend Diablo. Together they devise a plan to monopolize the underworld.

Razor only trusted one other person besides Jennifer: his stepson Red. Red idolized Razor for his reputation in the street world for money, mayhem, and power. Red went through trials and tribulations during his seat on the throne. Some onlookers felt as though Red hadn't sacrificed enough for his high position. But, those who doubted him and went against the grain were soon dealt with.

There is so much blind acceptance and shallow loyalties during this page-turner. Everybody knows that pressure busts pipes - but it also creates diamonds. In this small tale who will prevail? Did Razor let his emotions override his thinking?
