Good Book On Biblical Leadership

The narrative flows freely and is biblically-based. While of the world's method of "leadership" focuses on how much you can control and order others around, Nehemiah's biblical example shows how Christians are to be different. Instead of "lording it over others" we are to serve others in Jesus' name so that they may become the people that God wants them to be. Read and be encouraged and challenged. Recommended.
