Very disappointed. Not recommended.

I am an intermediate needle felter. I am also a visual learner and pictures go a long way in helping me learn new concepts. This book is supposed to be for beginners, so I expected to find visual aids for the projects. There are very few pictures in the book, not even of the finished projects. Additionally, one of the reasons I purchased this book was the little polar bear pictured on the book's cover. Usually if an animal is on the cover of a felting book there are instructions for it within the book. That is not the case with this book. I have gone through the book page by page three times and could not even find the project mentioned. If you are looking for a beginner's book on needle felting, pass this one up. There are many good ones out there, but this is not one of them. Don't waste your money.

Disappointed in this beginner felting book.

I am experienced in basic needle felting but I wanted a beginners book to refer to. I would not recommend this book. It seems to have good instructions, but very few pictures. Many chapters have no pictures. As we all know a picture is worth 1000 words and when you are trying to create a little felted item or animal step by step it surely helps to have a picture to show you what the item should look like when each step is completed. I am very disappointed in this book.
