Lily Clarke is an intern at Undead, Inc and raising pets is her deal. Without a degree, you can't get better than an intern gig that pays gas money. But thanks to a mishap where the word 'cat' was in the request but also the words 'murdered gardener, ' Lily wound up raising her first human zombie rather than her typical cat. Technically there was a cat, just not at the graveyard. And this cat has suddenly become worth enough money to pay Lily's overdue rent, possibly stopping her eviction.
