If we ask ourselves who are the most affected by violence and abuse, the answer would be children, women, the elderly, professionals and especially people with special needs (blind, physically limited motor and others), so think of programs that manage to make the weakest the best prepared, giving them tools, which first motivate their existence and secondly help them out of difficult situations, accommodate them and improve their enjoyment of life, we would be creating a better future for them and a full satisfaction for us. The importance and influence of linking physical exercise, mental exercises and therefore lifestyles is well known. The expressions Alternative Medicine and Traditional Medicine, although they originate from different conceptual schemes, are in essence equivalent. Other definitions, such as: Complementary Medicine, Natural Medicine, Parallel, Mild, Non-Classical, etc., whose common denominator is to constitute a series of diagnostic-therapeutic systems, which base their action on the stimulation of the natural mechanisms of the organism.
