The same document is sometimes published as the U.S. Army and sometimes the U.S. Marine Corps. A dictionary means not having to read many war stories that the language is just a fraction of. The only thing that would be better would be if there were also a voice to listen to and practice with. The loose leaf allowed me to copy if I wanted to, then scratch and leave the original pristine. I am more intrigued by how it was made than how it was used. I will store the book next to the other codebooks that I have. If nothing else, it can make a good coffee table book.
