Nature of Man: Flesh, Sin and the Spirit

By J.D. Wayne

What does it truly mean to live in the flesh-and what does it mean to rise above it?

In Nature of Man: Flesh, Sin, and the Spirit, JD Wayne leads readers on a profound journey through the biblical truths of human nature, the fall of man, and the redemptive power of Christ. This book does not shy away from the tensions between flesh and spirit, desire and obedience, freedom and bondage. Instead, it confronts them with clarity, compassion, and conviction.

Drawing from Scripture, early Church Fathers, and timeless theological insight, Wayne examines the difference between flesh and sin, the origins of human temptation, and the spiritual warfare that defines the human experience. He reveals how the flesh-though created good-became vulnerable to corruption, and how sin turns God-given desires into destructive passions.

But this is not a message of condemnation. It is a call to transformation.

With each chapter, readers are invited to see the beauty of God's original design, the tragedy of our rebellion, and the hope of redemption through Jesus Christ. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, the believer can walk in true freedom-crucifying the flesh, resisting sin, and bearing the life-giving fruit of the Spirit.

Nature of Man is more than a theological study-it is a guide for anyone yearning to live a life of holiness, surrender, and spiritual victory.

Are you ready to move from struggle to surrender, from flesh to Spirit? The journey begins here.
