Nations In Chains

Bada Baruwa was a very kind hearted and generous man blessed with enormous wealth, four wives, many children and a group of companies. After a time, the situation in the country in particular and the continent in general, changed negatively the narratives of his immense blessings when the economy assumed a downwards trend. This was championed mostly by the decline in the socio-economic parameters in the country. The situation became almost helpless as the production strength of his industries began to decline. What was happening in his own life was a direct reflection of what was going on in the larger society so much so that many people were 'surviving, ' instead of 'living' a good life, due to inflation, mass unemployment, etc; and social vices as a result of an adage which says, 'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.'

Moreover, quoting from one of Baruwa's daughters, 'All hopes are not lost. There is still a green light in the tunnel.''
