I discovered this young woman while searching the internet for a good pasta salad recipe. She has a recipe for an Italian style pasta salad with her own recipe for the dressing. Both recipes are excellent. I have gone back to her blog many times for other recipes, all very good. I was hoping she would publish a cookbook. This is an excellent cookbook as well as beautifully photographed. I am looking forward to more cookbooks from this talented young woman.
