Nancy's Theory of Style

By: Acosta, Marta

Note: Previously published as Fancy That: a Witty, Heartwarming Romantic Comedy by Acosta, Marta AUTHOR], this beloved romantic comedy returns to its original title with delightful new cover art celebrating its vibrant setting.

A witty, heartfelt, and utterly delightful story of an event planner, her too-good-to-be-true assistant, and the unexpected chaos that changes everything-from the award-winning author of The Dog Thief.

Nancy Carrington-Chambers has mastered the art of living beautifully-except when it comes to her perfect-on-paper marriage. Fleeing her suburban McMansion for a chic San Francisco apartment, she launches an event planning business and hires her dream assistant: Derek Cathcart, a stunning and stylish Brit with a boyfriend and irresistible flair.

With her tacky husband pressuring her to come home, her parents questioning her ambitions, and the city's dreariest gala on the line, Nancy's juggling enough to make her head spin. Then her reckless cousin drops a four-year-old daughter on her doorstep and vanishes, throwing Nancy's carefully curated life into chaos.

Now Nancy must decide: Will she cling to the picture-perfect life she's always envisioned, or risk everything for the messy, wonderful people she's come to love?

Perfect for fans of Sophie Kinsella, Emily Henry, and Elinor Lipman, this hilarious, heartfelt, and heartwarming romantic comedy will sweep you off your feet
