Naked

It is my privilege and pleasure to have experienced life as a African American woman in obscurity, poverty, and rejection that would later usher me into the very pages of this book, by which I write words of courage, hope, faith, grace, peace, forgiveness, and love. Life never stops or takes the time out of its busy schedule to explain the pain and the cause by which you suffer but yet God, who knows your end in the beginning, and takes pleasure in fathering and processing you for success in place of condemning and accusing you of the snares of bitterness. It was for the joy that was set before me, that I endure the suffering and not later despise the shame but for the reward of walking in the anointing, I count it all joy. Through the moments of what I thought was loneliness, He was always there. Even when I thought life was not worth living, He never allowed me to come to an end. Being author and finisher of my faith, being alpha and omega, He knew this day would come. He knew the very day, the very hour, the very audience I would write, sitting in the middle of my bed listening to the sweet unction of the Holy Spirit. I wrote the pages of my transparent life to the less fortunate, the broken spirit, the down trodden, the unexpected, the rejected, the black sheep, the least likely to succeed, the uneducated, the unsaved, unfathered, the motherless, the drug addict, the mother who found out her baby girl was pregnant or her baby boy has a child on the way, the praying father that left his children to fend for themselves, to every child of God whom Christ Loves, I write to you. If you have been abused, raped, broken, used, prisoner, molested, hungry, homeless, heartbroken, abandoned, suicidal, mentally ill, or whoremongered," I gotcha covered." There is life after the pain, life after the abuse, there's life in Christ Jesus the Son of the living God. I need more than anything for you to know you can do more than survive it, you can overcome it You can heal, you can live, you can hope again, you can walk in peace, you can love again, you can do All things through Christ Jesus who strengthens you and delivers you from the spirit of an orphan.
