Naked Words: A Gentle Unfolding is a collection of fifty poems written in moments of becoming, when truth surfaced quietly and healing asked to be felt rather than fixed. These poems were written from within the moment itself, before language, in the space where learning to undress emotions meant meeting what was carried without resistance and exposing its raw nature through words. Welcome to Naked Words. This collection traces the early stages of transformation and self-discovery: the soft recognition of pain, the choice to stay present with it, and the slow return to the self beneath what has been carried for too long, moving by attention rather than arrival. These poems were not written to resolve anything. There is no lesson at the end of this. Only the unfolding.
