overall a good book

i began my study of japanese using the genki book, this book provides a better explantion of the grammar but has some mistakes in the intermediate version...this book is a work book to accompany the actual textbook that we use in school....my teachers have adapted it to fit their needs and higher levels. don't fool your self into thinking you can speak japanese even close to fluently after using these books but it will get you on the right path...word of advice learn the grammar and the rest will come ,
